Functional Leader of IT for a $15B Merger responsible for structuring integration roadmaps, workstreams, initiatives and $27M in merger related synergies. Operationalized the program for the combined IT team to deliver.

Strategic planner & critical thinker in analyzing businesses, markets, trends and corporate needs for improvements, product development, strategic marketing initiatives, new business development, business process improvements, transformation initiatives, vendor management and cost/quality strategies. She has been successful for over 20 years in multiple industries including Retail, Multi-Industrial and Insurance developing and driving numerous businesses, solutions and IT strategies. She is certified in Scaled Agile.
